POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior sales management opportunity for an entrepreneurial, energetic sales executive to work for the leading company in the fast growing digital out of home space and build an exciting portfolio of media and advertising clients. This position will be responsible for engaging and developing ongoing, complex sales relationships with high profile advertising clients and their corresponding media agency partners (i.e. the stakeholders). Specifically, the successful sales manager will:
- Develop strong relationships with all account stakeholders using consultative selling skills.
- Sell all stakeholders on the extremely positive attributes of digital out-of-home media relative to other traditional and new media (e.g., efficacy, cost effectiveness, appropriateness).
- Educate all stakeholders on the advantages of SeeSaw Networks.
- Qualify account opportunities and successfully move them through the sales pipeline.
- Proactively identify, qualify and close digital out-of-home media campaigns with targeted accounts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- As directed by VP Sales, develop strong consultative relationships with all stakeholders at targeted accounts.
- Works with media agencies to understand and shape client media objectives and strategies in support of digital out-of-home media
- Map strategic accounts to identify specific tactics / actions at each stage of the sales cycle.
- Work with Marketing to qualify leads and effectively manage accounts through the SeeSaw sales methodology to a successful conclusion.
- Assists media agencies in the creation of client requested POV’s on digital out-of-home media as well as identify and provide other collateral which moves the client through the sales cycle.
- Successfully manage and close RFP media opportunities while using the RFP sales process to build relationships and a sustainable revenue opportunity through consultative selling.
- Up-sell new SeeSaw product offerings when appropriate to client objectives
- Works as consultant / partner to stakeholders in order to reinforce the company’s leadership position in the marketplace.
- Successfully sets priorities, drives decisions and gets closure on recommendations and issues
- Utilizes strong communication and closing skills along with management and organizational skills to maximize successful conclusion on all qualified opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a successful media sales professional preferably for an online ad network or within a similar complex selling environment
- Prior success building a sales territory from beginning stages to a forecasted and sustained level of ongoing revenue
- Experience managing multi-million dollar quota / territory
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and objectives
- Well versed in the ‘complex sale’ process
- High personal quotient of likeability and professionalism
- Strong consultative approach to problem solving
- Results-oriented with exceptional/proven deal closing skills along with interpersonal, account management, relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, writing and analysis skills
- Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new markets and products quickly
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide focused consulting to media agencies, media planners/buyers and advertisers (i.e., the stakeholders) in support of SeeSaw’s sales and marketing initiatives. Work with marketing and sales teams to evangelize digital out-of-home media and to effectively position SeeSaw’s advantages to all stakeholders. Specifically:
- Sell all stakeholders on the extremely positive attributes of digital out-of-home media relative to other traditional and new media (e.g., efficacy, cost effectiveness, appropriateness).
- Educate all stakeholders on the advantages of ‘life pattern marketing’ (i.e., multi-venue campaigns) over ‘place-based’ single venue media campaigns.
- Proactively provide media planners/buyers with media campaigns and ideas for campaigns in support of brand objectives.
- Familiarize all stakeholders with SeeSaw’s affiliate network partners and assist in developing an effective life pattern that meets their specific media objectives.
- Assist media planners/buyers in providing POVs to their clients and in articulating the advantages of successful digital out-of-home media campaigns.
- Coach media planners/buyers on the benefits and ease of using SeeSawAds.com to develop a customized digital out-of-home media campaign that best fits their clients’ objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Key areas of responsibility fall into two functions:
Business Development
- Works with media agencies to understand and shape client media objectives and strategies in support of digital out-of-home media
- Works with media agencies to educate them on the functionality of SeeSawAds.com and the benefits of directly using the system to plan, buy and measure digital out-of-home media campaigns
- Assists media agencies in the creation of client requested POV’s on digital out-of-home media as well as identify and provide other collateral which places SeeSaw in a favorable position
- Responsible for identifying targeted clients’ media strategies and objectives and creating customized media plans to recommend to clients
- Assists media agencies in the development of specific digital out-of-home media strategies and plans for their clients
- Identifies new client opportunities for digital out-of-home media and SeeSaw
- Up-sell new SeeSaw product offerings when appropriate to client objectives
Support
- Responsible for creating customized media plans in response to RFP’s
- Assists media agencies in developing customized media plans on SeeSawAds.com
- Identifies and provides research to support the recommendation of digital out-of-home media to a client
- Reviews and summarizes syndicated media research and reports in support of adding digital out-of-home media to the overall media mix
- Understands and actively seeks digital out-of-home media solutions to assist media agencies in achieving specific client advertising objectives
- Identifies and recommends desired networks, marketing campaigns and inventory packages to marketing and network development based on experience with media planners/buyers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years pre-sales support / sales engineer experience
- Generally exceeds quota
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in business, marketing or computer science
- Experience working directly with Clients
- Customer centric and customer focused
- Strong consultative approach to problem solving

- 2+ years of experience engineering user-centered web-based applications based on server-side UI frameworks such as Struts, Java Server Faces, Tapestry, WebWork etc.
- 2+ years experience designing modular JavaScript.
- Experience with Java and building Enterprise Java systems.
- Experience working with AJAX frameworks/libraries, preferably Dojo.
- Knowledge of relevant W3C standards and demonstrable knowledge in overcoming cross-browser compatibility problems in JavaScript and CSS.
- Experience with fundamental design patterns.
- A passion for simplicity and elegance in user interfaces, and an obsession with building great software.
- A ton of enthusiasm, energy, and intelligence, with a can-do attitude. We also like people with a good sense of humor.
