Our executive team has deep media and technology expertise in worldwide markets.

SeeSaw Networks was launched by the founding executive team in January 2006. The management team represents a combination of deep experience across media and technology industries.

Monte Zweben Founder, Chairman of the Board

Monte brings over 15 years of experience founding and leading successful start-up companies. Prior to SeeSaw, Monte was the founder and CEO of Blue Martini Software - the leader in multi-channel systems for retailers. Blue Martini revolutionized a new approach to direct response marketing and is now a private company called Escalate Retail. Monte also founded and was the Chairman & CEO of Red Pepper Software, a leading Supply Chain Optimization company which merged with PeopleSoft. Monte’s early career was spent with the NASA Ames Research Center as the Deputy Branch Chief of the Artificial Intelligence Branch, where he won the prestigious Space Act Award for his work on the Space Shuttle program. Monte is the co-author of Intelligent Scheduling and has published articles in the Harvard Business Review and various computer science journals and conference proceedings. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for Carnegie-Mellon University’s School of Computer Science.

Peter Bowen Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Peter brings over 25 years of marketing and senior management experience running multi-billion organizations in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Prior to SeeSaw, he ran multiple domestic and international divisions of the H. J. Heinz Company including: Heinz UK & Ireland Ltd. as Managing Director; Heinz USA Retail Division as President; Star-Kist Foods Inc. as President; Heinz Pet Products Company as President & CEO; Star-Kist Seafood Company as President; and Heinz Middle East, India & N. Africa Region as Area Vice President. Pete started his marketing career at Procter & Gamble. Most recently, Pete has been a consultant to entrepreneurial companies, both domestic and international, focusing on market entry strategies and opportunity assessment.

Gene Davis Vice President, Product Development

Gene brings more than 20 years of application software development experience to his role as Vice President of Product Development. Prior to SeeSaw, Gene ran Product Development at Blue Martini Software where he led the development and technical support of Blue Martini’s e-commerce, relationship marketing, analytics, and configuration product lines. Prior to Blue Martini, Gene served as Vice President of Engineering at Fogbreak Software, Vice President of Engineering at TeaLeaf Technology, and Vice President of Engineering at PeopleSoft. Gene was the original architect of Red Pepper’s Advanced Planning System. At Red Pepper, he leveraged his experience in planning and optimization from NASA, where he was a recipient of the Manned Flight Space Award and co-recipient of the Space Act Award.

Jeff Dickey Founder, Business Development

Jeff brings over 30 years of experience in the media and advertising industry to SeeSaw. Prior to SeeSaw, Jeff was SVP Business Development for PRN, Inc. - the largest digital signage network in the U.S. Jeff joined PRN as part of their acquisition of Impli Media – one of the first grocery digital signage networks - where he was President & CEO. Jeff was also the Chief Strategy Officer at Cambridge Technology and Advertising.com. At Advertising.com, Jeff was instrumental in the sale of the company to AOL. Jeff was also a founder and SVP Business Development for DoubleClick where he wrote the initial business plan and developed the advertising network for this pioneering Internet start-up. Jeff was a founder and President of Jadmar, Inc. - a specialty marketing company, and the founder, President & CEO of Alan Weston Communications - a multi-media company.

Rocky Gunderson Founder, Vice President Marketing & Network Development

Rocky has over 20 years of operational experience in the enterprise applications market. Rocky joins SeeSaw from Blue Martini Software, the leading provider of customer facing applications in the retail market. Prior to its acquisition by Golden Gate capital, Rocky lead all Marketing and Business Development efforts. Prior to Blue Martini, Rocky was CEO of Vigilance Software, the leading provider of supply chain event management and analytics software in the manufacturing market. Rocky successfully realigned the company’s business strategy and then orchestrated the sale of Vigilance to Arzoon Software, now part of SSA. Prior to Vigilance, Rocky held executive positions at Baan Software and Hewlett Packard where he headed up marketing for all application software.

Scott Hines Founder, Vice President, Marketing & Customer Experience

Scott is an early innovator in digital marketing techniques and systems and has led user-centered design, branding, customer research and technology initiatives for web-based marketing applications for over 13 years. Prior to co-founding SeeSaw, Scott was at Model N, where he was responsible for the user experience strategic vision and implementation for their Revenue Management applications. While at Blue Martini Software, Scott founded the company’s user experience organization and designed e-commerce and marketing applications that powered the digital marketing initiatives of Fortune 500 retailers and manufacturers such as Bloomingdale’s, Harrah’s Entertainment, Kohl’s, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. Prior to Blue Martini, Scott was the creative director and user interface architect for web and online sales initiatives at Oracle.

Frank Suljic Vice President, Sales

Frank brings a blend of two primary skills to the SeeSaw Executive team: the proven ability to build high performing sales teams as well as a passion for client-centricity. With twenty years of experience in the CRM marketplace, Frank has worked hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing professionals at Fortune 500 companies to help drive increased revenues, reduce costs and enhance customer experiences. Many of his VP Sales positions were with start-ups or start-up efforts inside of large enterprises, including Oracle, Siebel Systems, Inforte, Paradigm Research and IBM. Frank earned his bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago – Graduate School of Business.
